excellent experience. great attention
birthday surprise quality food rooftop bar
the staff surprised me with tiramisu for my birthday. it was a touching gesture and i greatly appreciate the attention. the breakfast included quality food and great variety. the rooftop bar served cocktails made by experienced professionals.
the drain emitted an unpleasant smell in the room . i had to keep the bathroom door closed to minimize the odor. i hope they resolve this soon.

the hotel is centrally situated. major attractions, like the trevi fountain, are easily accessible by foot. my partner and i explored most of the city walking. this.

Our room was spacious, and both of our kids had their own beds, a great feature. the room included a large television. I found the shower very hot. housekeeping cleaned daily.

the breakfast offered a nice continental selection with home-baked goods. jose, walter and adelina made sure we were well fed. the breakfast was very good with amazing and helpful waiters

the front desk staff offered continuous cute smiles and hellos, appreciated. i found the staff helpful. the receptionists were also very kind and helpful with all questions.
